1. What the service is

Libertines de Velours connects consenting adults for personal, non-commercial encounters. The platform provides hosting and communication tools; it does not organise meetings and is not a party to any relationship between members.

This is not a platform for paid sexual services. Any offer, solicitation or negotiation of a paid service results in immediate and permanent account closure.

2. Access conditions - adults only

Access is strictly limited to people aged 18 or over. A date of birth is collected at sign-up and checked automatically; a false declaration is a serious breach of these terms.

You must also be legally permitted to view sexually explicit content in the country you are accessing the service from. Verifying this is your responsibility.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. An account is strictly personal and may not be transferred, lent or resold.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Member-published content

You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant the platform a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, displaying and moderating that content as part of the service, for as long as it remains online.

You warrant that you hold all rights to the content you publish and have the informed, written consent of every adult appearing in it.

• Absolute prohibition on any content involving a minor, real or depicted
• No publishing a third party’s image without their explicit consent
• No violent, degrading, non-consensual, bestial or hateful content
• No commercial offers, prostitution or procuring
• No third-party contact details and no advertising solicitation

5. Moderation

Every photograph is reviewed before publication. The platform may refuse, remove or make inaccessible any content that breaches these terms or the law, or that is reported as such, without notice or compensation.

Manifestly illegal content is removed and, where required, reported to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable regulation.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription that renews monthly. Payments are handled by our provider Stripe; no card details are stored on our servers.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund unless the law provides otherwise.

Where consumer law applies, you may be asked to expressly waive your right of withdrawal when the digital service is made available immediately.

7. Suspension and termination

The platform may suspend or delete an account for breach of these terms, for conduct that endangers other members, or for fraudulent use of the service.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion removes your profile, photographs and messages, subject to statutory retention periods.

8. Liability

The platform provides hosting and introduction tools. It does not verify member identity beyond the checks described and does not guarantee the accuracy of declared information.

You are responsible for exercising caution before and during any in-person meeting. Safety guidance is available in the help section.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the jurisdiction from which you access the service. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action.
