Moderation charter

Last updated: 6 August 2026

This document sets out what we accept, what we refuse, and how reports are handled.

Principle: review before publication

No photograph appears publicly before it has been reviewed. A pending photograph is visible to you alone. Review usually takes a few hours.

Grounds for rejection

  • Any minor, real or suggested - always reported to the authorities
  • An identifiable face or body of a third party who has not consented to publication
  • Violent, degrading, non-consensual content, or content involving an animal
  • Commercial content, prices, contact details or solicitation
  • Identity documents, licence plates, or anything that identifies a third party
  • Images obviously taken from another site or generated to deceive

How reports are handled

Every report is reviewed by a human. Depending on severity it may lead to content removal, a warning, account suspension, or referral to the competent authorities.

Reports involving a minor are treated as an absolute emergency and the account is suspended while the review takes place.

Appeals

If your content was rejected and you believe the decision was wrong, you can request a second review at contact@libertinesdevelours.com, quoting the reference of the content concerned.
